Shipping policy

All orders above R900 qualify for free shipping. Order shipping rates below R900 has a flat rate of R99 added additionally to the total amount of your order. We make use of either Aramex or the Courier Guy for shipping.

Delivery/Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
